Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They explain your rights and responsibilities when you use ClosureCrew.

1. The service

ClosureCrew is a real estate deal and lease management platform operated by The Maya Group, Wellington, Florida (“we”, “us”). It helps brokerages track listings, deals, leases, rent installments, deposits and commissions, communicate with clients, and use AI-assisted tools. These terms apply to everyone who uses it, including team members and client portal users (“you”). By using ClosureCrew you agree to them.

2. Accounts and access

  • Access is by invitation. Use only the account issued to you, and keep your password and sign-in links private.
  • Do not share credentials or let anyone else use your account. Tell your organization’s administrator or us right away about any unauthorized use.
  • Your organization’s administrators decide who has access and what role each person has, and are responsible for removing access that is no longer needed.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Enter accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Only enter information you are authorized to use, including other people’s personal and financial details, and comply with the laws that apply to it.
  • Check amounts, dates and documents before relying on them or sending them to clients.

4. Acceptable use

ClosureCrew is for business use. You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service except through its export features;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the software, or build a competing product from it;
  • try to get around security, access data you are not authorized to see, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • upload malware or unlawful, infringing or misleading content, or use the service to send spam;
  • overload the service or interfere with other users.

5. Data ownership

Your organization owns the data it enters into ClosureCrew. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

AI features (the assistant, document extraction and lease drafting) provide assistance only. They can make mistakes, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

Lease agreements and other documents generated with ClosureCrew are drafts. They must be reviewed by a qualified professional, such as a licensed attorney, before they are signed or relied on. You are responsible for the documents you send and sign.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, email and AI. Features that open other apps, such as WhatsApp messages you choose to send, are governed by those apps’ own terms.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep ClosureCrew available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You or your organization may stop using ClosureCrew at any time, and we may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users. Before an organization’s data is deleted, its administrators can export it with the built-in export tools; we will keep it available for export for a reasonable period after termination unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify users by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to The Maya Group, Wellington, Florida, through your broker or by replying to any email you received from ClosureCrew.
